The Pohutukawa Beach House by Herbst Architects is another spectacular example of embracing nature. The design of the home, including the materials, and colors used allow the home to be a part of its environment. The large glass windows connect the outdoor and indoor spaces. Moreover, the beautiful wood flooring’s and cabinets are used to connect the wooden surroundings and the glass ceilings allow both light inwards as well as the perfect vision of the sky.
