It is so important in our fast paced lives to come back to a home of relaxation and calmness. We rush through traffic, through our work day, to the stores and through every task in our day just to come home and make dinner for the family and tend to the kids. We need spaces were we can relax and calm our mind body and soul! As architects we should consider how each element in the interior design influence the mood of the occupants.

Calming colors are the most important thing to consider when designing for relaxation. The most relaxing colors are normally light grey’s, beige’s, blues and greens.
